Anassis Seafoods

Bought from this business a number of times, I was very happy with their prices and product. The problem is their service. Yesterday I bought 2 dozen oysters, one dozen were bad and we ended up spitting them out and throwing in the bin. When I told them about it this morning they refused to believe me and refused to apologise or even replace or credit. They told me they insist on the half eaten spat out food to be returned, they said otherwise they would be giving away product every hour!. So that means they get complaints every hour! All they had to do was be reasonable and polite. I will be going elsewhere and I suggest others do the same.
